edge of the cave

Hi! I'm Ulhar (it/she/they), and I do things on occasion. I may or may not share them. Most of my doings pertain to (pixel) art, programming, and game development. I am also a furry and most of the art you see here will reflect that.

"Why is this site called 'edge of the cave'?" It made more sense when the usual character I "went as" was a dragon. Most of my characters these days don't live in caves, so it makes ... less sense now ... but I'm not exactly one to change something like that "just because." There isn't much to see of that dragon left here now, but you can still find them if you know where to look. Thinking about rebranding eventually though, don't want to be on neocities forever if I can help it

Things I have here at present:

• art gallery - viewer discretion advised, the first page is "clean" so to speak but it is a bit fruity
• blog for longform status updates or ramblings about things (or site updates, mostly)
• wiki is back after I put some work in on getting wiki-style linking working. old stuff is flushed out because it wasn't tended very well anyway.
  • what if I made a convoluted lore-dump ARG? haha just kidding. unless?

Other things I might add here:

• I guess like a profile or something, detailing tools I use
  • update: I realized there's no reason I can't use this page for a profile
• I should probably add an RSS feed, at any rate
  • update: feeds for art and for the blog. no central feed though
  • there is probably no point to the blog feed because I don't really write Blog Posts. but it's there.
  • probably really funny if you happen to be subscribed to the art feed and after 2 years of inactivity you get the furry art jumpscare
    • todo: make posting easier on myself.
